At About Body Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing the best possible service for all clients. We request that all clients consider the below points in our Clinic booking  guide.

Booking appointments with us.

Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time and likewise, we ask that you respect our time.

Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all our clients, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Skin/Facial bookings:

$50 deposits are required for all skin appointments regardless of any prepaid packages on accounts. For cancellation and no shows of appointments within 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.

All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to appointment bookings to ensure all relevant forms are signed. If you are running late, the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their next following procedure.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect the incident of late cancellations or no shows.

All other Beauty services will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Appointment time:

At About Body, we ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointment. If you are running late please call us as soon a possible to let us know. Depending on how late you may arrive and what service you are having with us, we may need to cut your treatment short or potentially re-schedule your appointment. Any booking deposit will be lost.

NOTE: If this is your first time with us please arrive 10 minutes prior for your consultation.

Confirming your appointment:

All clients are sent an email confirmation of there bookings, plus and email and SMS reminder 2 days prior to their appointment. In receipt of this we ask that you confirm by replying either Y, Yes, or alternatively please phone us on 03 94213022 to cancel or re-schedule.

We do have an answering service if we miss your call.

Cancelling your appointment:

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, if you cancel accordingly within our policy your holding deposit will be used towards your next booking with us.
